Employer-Paid Benefits

Basic Life and AD&D
Life and AD&D insurance provide financial protection for your dependents. Your designated beneficiary receives the life benefit upon your death, and both life and AD&D benefits if your death is due to an accident. Be sure to designate your beneficiary for Basic Life and AD&D coverage—you can update it at any time. You are automatically the beneficiary for any Spouse and/or Child Life policy.

Please refer to the SBC document for additional details about your Life AD&D plan benefits.
